Notices for the 2006 annual dues have been mailed and are due March 15.
The annual dues of $315 for the 2006 calendar year are to be paid yearly by March 15th. Every resident is required to pay annual dues.

If you have not paid your dues on time, a monthly assessment of $25 will be made until the dues are paid. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE WHEN IT COMES TO LATE FEES.

The Board can stop your trash collection and place a lien against your home if you do not pay your dues / late fees. Additionally, Berkley Grove Homeowners Association has recently contracted a Collection Agency for overdue Annual Dues and Late Fees.
