Mailbox Replacement

In order to preserve the natural quality and aesthetic appearance of the existing geographic areas within the Development, any mailbox must be approved by the Committee as to size, location, height, and composition before it may be installed.

House Lights

Please be sure your outside house lights are on at night. This is our only neighborhood lighting and it is important we all provide that security.

New Residents

If you have recently moved into the neighborhood, please notify Darlene Lorenz who heads the Welcome Wagon Committee, 578-1874.

Spring Approaching

With spring rapidly approaching, more and more children are outside playing. Please watch your speed as you go through the neighborhood. Also, please keep your doors locked and your garage door down. Although our neighborhood is fairly safe, there's no point in inviting trouble.

Pets

Please make sure all pets are either in enclosed areas or on leashes. Also, please remember to pick up after your pet. The Town of Fishers does have a leash law that applies to all common areas.

Trash Collection

Please note our trash collection service, Rumpke of Indiana, charges the association $10 per heavy item, such as dryers, washers, refrigerators, mattresses/box springs, furniture. No appliance containing freon will be picked up. Trash collection for these items is the same day as regular trash pickup. However, the association will bill individual residents for heavy trash pickup. Also, trash is still being picked up on Mondays, not on Fridays as suggested by Rumpke.
