• Mailbox replacements: Corporate Posts in Greenwood carries the correct mailboxes and posts for Britton Ridge. They can be reached at 317-883-3725. The costs are: Post (painted) $40.81, Box (with numbers) $25.85, Add $30.00 for them to come out, remove old and install new one.

• Shingle damage: The procedure is to contact Bill Overton at Crossman Warranty (1-800-573-9514). He has assured the HOA that whether your home is on file for a previous complaint or not, they will investigate to see if they can fix the damage. First they will determine if it was a Crossman roofing job or one done by a sub-contacting company used in late `95 and early `96 (Atlas Roofing). If it is a Crossman roof, they will fix it. If it is an Atlas roof, Crossman will contact Atlas on your behalf and Atlas will then send someone to make sure it is an Atlas roof. Atlas will then repair the shingles.
