Dear Neighbors and Friends,

On behalf of your Board of directors, welcome to our Middleton Place webpage. Please take a moment to look around this site and review the information available.

Your volunteer Board members are all fellow homeowners. Our responsibility is to administer the Association common areas to include maintenance of the exterior of the buildings themselves. We receive no financial compensation for our efforts. I encourage everyone to cooperatively assist the Board to maintain this community as an attractive and safe place to live. Doing so will surely enhance our lifestyle as well as our property values. We appreciate hearing any suggestions that will advance our goals for a better Middleton Place.

To be sure, we are always interested in hearing from homeowners that would like to serve on the Board. For those that are new to the community, welcome! My hope is that you will be proud of your new home and community. The Board will work to communicate any important information via this webpage, our quarterly community newsletter, and annual meetings.
