Our condominiums are located in Delaware Township (Hamilton County) on 126th Street between Cumberland Road and State Road 37. Just minutes from a variety of restaurants, theaters, golf courses, and a new YMCA facility, Middleton Place enjoys a prime location in the rapidly growing Indianapolis suburb of Fishers, Indiana. Pasquinelli and Portrait Homes (www.pasquinelli.com) developed the neighborhood between 1998 and 2002.

There are a total of 160 condos located in the subdivision, and the neighborhood is served by the popular Hamilton Southeastern School District (www.hse.k12.in.us). Our maintenance-free condo community is maintained by Ardsley Management. Association members should be sure to contact Ardsley Management for any maintenance concerns or repairs.
