Fishers man arrested for voyeurism

Officers from the Fishers Police Department were called to the 11200 Block of Delight Creek Road at 12:30 am this morning on a report of a prowler. The caller heard a noise outside her home and looked out the window. She saw a man walking away from her home and called police.

Officers located a man walking in the area carrying a Bushnell spotting scope. He was detained and transported to the Fishers Police Department. John D. Dufek admitted to officers that he was looking into the windows of homes in the area.

Officers also found a plastic milk crate in the yard of a home on Delight Creek Road. Dufek told police that he used the crate to stand on while looking into windows.

John David Dufek (45, Fishers) was arrested and transported to the Hamilton County Jail. He is charged with Voyeurism.
