Man arrested at Fishers pool

On Tuesday, July 8th officers were called to the Windermere pool. Witnesses reported that aman exposed himself while standing in an area clearly visible from the pool area. An off-duty Arcadia, Indiana police officer detained the man until Fishers police officers arrived. The suspect was identified by several witnesses, all giving the same account of his activity near the pool. The suspect, Miguel Garcia-Garcia (26, Indianapolis), was arrested and transported to the Hamilton County Jail. The suspect was working as a painter on the eastside of Mollenkopf Road when he walked over near the pool area. He was charged with public indecency and false reporting (he did not give officers his correct name).
