Fishers Parks & Recreation currently provides 229 acres of developed parkland throughout the community. The multi-use trail system is developed to connect schools, business districts, parks and subdivisions with points of interest such as Conner Prairie, Hamilton East Library, Town Hall, Hamilton County Convention & Visitors Bureau and others. 38 trail miles are complete. Programming for all ages and families occurs throughout the year. Highlights include the Summer Concert Series in June & July, Trot for Trees 5K Family Walk in April, Chalk It Up! in July, and Pictures with Santa in December.
